1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through www.wellvys.com, operated by:

By submitting your order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product displays in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
A purchase contract is formed as soon as you receive an order confirmation email from us.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in dollars and are final prices.
Value-added tax is not shown in accordance with Section 19 of the UK VAT Act (UStG), as the provider is located outside the EU.
Payments can be made using the methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made directly from China.
Standard shipping times are typically 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delays due to customs or shipping carriers may occur.

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of A&B Commerce Limited until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply (Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code – BGB).

7. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
