At Safevitality UK, we want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with every purchase.
If something is not right, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy fully complies with USA consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchase a product from wellvys.com, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Eligible items

  • Unused and unopened products in original packaging.

  • Products that are not excluded for hygiene reasons (see below).

Non-returnable items (USA law exceptions)

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened:

  • Used diffusers

  • Opened bottles, refills, or liquids

  • Any product that has been unsealed and can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons

If the product is unopened, it can be returned normally.


2. Faulty or Defective Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product does not match the description

  • The product stops working within a reasonable period

Within 30 days

You can request a full refund.

After 30 days

You may request:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Or, if those are not possible, a partial refund

3. Returns Process

Step 1 — Contact us

Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — Receive return instructions

We will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Step 3 — Ship the item

Unless your product is faulty, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (as per USA regulations).

Step 4 — Refund processing

Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount (minus any delivery costs if applicable) to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Instead, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, we will take full responsibility.
We will either:

  • Send the correct item for free

  • Or provide a full refund

We will also cover all return shipping costs.


6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within:

  • 7 days for USA orders
    We will investigate with the courier and provide assistance until the order is resolved.


7. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued within:

  • 5–10 working days to your original payment method
    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
